| ENG | This recording consists only of acoustic instrumentation, that is to say keyboard and voice. This one should be diffused since it transmits an important message which is our hope in the scientific research.
| ENG | The keyboardist performs on the one hand a dissonant pattern in the treble: it characterizes the space and its stars. On the other hand, he plays planing chords, more or less discordant to remind the mystery surrounding our galaxy and its secrets. In addition, we can hear three female voices interpreting a loud and clear message. The latter advocates the hope of discovering an alien life as well as being able to adapt ourselves to a potential new way of life on Mars. The echo at the end of this recording and the triumphant accord that accompanies it reflect a desire to share this hope with the whole world.

| ENG | The occidental guitar and the oriental erhu give a melody to the range. The sentences pronounced are a Haiku (short poem) about nature. The first sentence is in Japanese, the second one in Czech and the last one in Italian. The whole means: Nature is generous, give one thousand and one ways to see the world. The different languages show the diversity of the world and his consolidation. At last, animals' sounds, done by humans, bring a bit of humour which is a feature of human being. They also show that we love animals.

| ENG | During this piece we can hear piano and xylophone. Our song delivers a message of truth about humanity. We think that humans do not always respect life while every living being is precious. Nevertheless, our song is not pessimistic. Indeed, thanks to the joyous and catchy melody, we understand that the message carried is full of hope. We want to spread this message on Mars since we want to show that the human being can change.

Descriprion | A message will be sent from Earth to Mars and back to Earth once again consisting a palindrome in the same way this message reads from left to right and from right to left. It is one of the most famous palindromes in history pronounced in Greek, English and Chinese. The song is composed and played by myself on a classical guitar. It was inspired as a soft and peaceful song the same way as the transmitted waves will be travelling in space foregrounding peace and cooperation among nations. | ENG

Poeme a la comete / Poem to the Comet |

Author: Valerie Zysman | Country: France | License (CC BY 4.0)
It is a poem written by a woman, Louise Ackerman, in homage to a celestial body, the comet that passed near the Earth in 1861. It speaks about a travel through space, about what there is to be met, about this question of a possible life elsewhere, and about the possibility of the disappearance of mankind on our planet, perhaps devastated, when this comet will come back again. All that justifies to me that these words may be permitted to fly in space
| ENG | Beautiful star traveler, host who arrives From the depths of the sky and was not expected, Where are you going ? What plan is pushing you towards us ? You who sail off in this sea without shores, On your way, as far as your gaze reaches, Have you seen, as here, only pains and miseries? In these scattered worlds, say! do we have brothers? Did they charge you of their distant greetings to us ? Ah! when you come back, maybe from the earth The man will be gone. From the bottom of this stay If his eye should not contemplate your return, If this exhausted globe has gone out lonely, In the infinite space pursuing your path, At least throws in the passage, wandering and fast star, A pitying look on the empty theater Of so many ills suffered and human toil.

Descriprion | History is going to bifurcate along two directions. One path is we stay on Earth forever, and then there will be some eventual extinction event. The alternative is to become a space-bearing civilization and create a self-sustaining city, that is not merely an outpost but which can become a planet in its own right, allowing us to become a truly multi-planetary species. And if we want to become a multi-planetary civilization, and that is Mars. Elon Musk | ENG
